In the past few years, there has been a LOT of attention paid to natural penis enlargement methods, that promise a longer, wider, healthier penis with increased sexual prowess and stamina. Here is one of the leading products on the market:

I don’t have any “scientific proof” that programs like this work. And there is a lot of contradictory information circulating about this issue. What it boils down to is that the official position of western medicine is that natural penis enlargement exercises do not work, period. Not exactly surprising.

However, when you think about it, does this really make sense? Take a look at this quote from a popular PE website (Natural Penis Enhancement):

Lots of people think penis exercises dont work and that claims that they do work are myths, even though they do not know the facts. Special penis exercises have been around for a long long time. Why would people keep doing it if it did not work? Primitive tribes are still using weights, and exercises to force parts of the human body to change size. Have you ever seen the women in Africa who use metal rings to lengthen their neck? or people who use things to make their ear lobes larger? There are all kinds of things like this that go on in the world that alter the body. Why can’t this be the same for the penis?

Going a step further, I for one can speak from experience, at least indirectly. That is, although I have worked on myself with respect to premature ejaculation, and successfully changed my body in that area, I have never tried penis enlargement or enhancement.

None the less, what I have experienced is that my erect penis size DOES change in direct proportion to my overall fitness. Not kidding here, my weight and fitness has varied from 165 lb, full contact martial arts champion, to 215 lb overworked, overstressed business owner. At this point, I am somewhere in the middle, but very active, healthy, and fit. And guess when my penis was the shortest and least firm while erect? You got it, when I was overweight.  Trust me, I pay close attention, and there is a very noticable difference, and this is just in relationship to overall health and fitness. What would the difference be if I had actualy been on a program of doing physical exercises to increase circulation, stamina, and tissue development in my penis?
