5 Great Ways to Last Longer in Bed
For those of you guys out there in search of real world techniques on how to last longer in bed, this one’s for you. In no particular order, I give you 5 solid ways to last longer in bed (pardon the pun.)
Mindset
Remember, from now on, your mission while having sex is to please your partner, avoid embarrassment, and eventually, have an orgasm – in that order. Most guys seem to get that almost exactly backwards, even if not intentially.
So, if you put the priority on pleasing your lover, it will shift your concern, and your focus, from your own ejaculation reflex, to meeting their needs and desires. It helps a lot, and your partner will usually return the gesture, and do so happily.
Masturbation
Okay, this is almost cheating, but hey, whatever works. Especially for you young guys that have more than enough libido to go around. At some point before you get intimate with your lover, unload your weapon first. Just be careful when doing so, you wouldn’t want to pull a “…Something About Mary…” hair gel incident.
Strength Training for Sex
On a day to day basis, start conditioning yourself for greater strength and control of your PC muscles. These are the muscles that control urine flow, as well as ejaculation. So, essentially, start doing 3 sets of 10 in the bathroom, every time you pee. As in, 3 times a day, start and stop the flow of urine 10 times, or adjust the number to something that works for you. Like Nike says, just do it, each day, a few times. It will pay off, certainly more so than doing nothing.
Stay On the Bottom
Believe it or not, simply choosing a to be on your back with your partner on top helps to prevent you from ejaculating as quickly as the other way around. Call it gravity, it helps. Try it.
Permission to Be Shallow
In order to prevent over-stimulation of your penis, insert fully, then use shallow strokes instead of deep ones. Pretty simple, but hand in hand with gravity, the laws of physics apply in the bedroom too. The great thing about this is, you can still fully stimulate your partner, while keeping a lid on your own premature ejaculation response.
